Re: Indefinate Leave to Enter

So what would determine if they get ILE/R versus the 2.5yrs Visa? UKVI caseworker. The children should get ILE, but there have been reports from a small number of members where they have not. ILE (enter) is applied for only outside the UK. ILR (remain) is applied for only within the UK. Oh my soul,...

Re: Indefinate Leave to Enter

Thank you for clarifying,

So what would determine if they get ILE/R versus the 2.5yrs Visa?

I know it's the same but have been flamed a bit for using the ILR in comments as we are not yet in the UK, so it is ILE.

Re: Indefinate Leave to Enter

Hi CR001, Thank you for your reply, We do not currently live in the UK so I have no accommodation to prove, what would you suggest we do here? I do have family in the UK but do not intend living with them. Ok, My understanding was that My children would get ILE automatically because we will both be ...

Re: UKM application experience and timeline

Congratulations, Yes there are applications that are approved with only the unabridged but this is not the norm, my advise was to get it Incase, the process is stressful enough, imagine getting a request for the Vault and then running around like a headless chicken trying to get it from HA before th...

Re: UKM application experience and timeline

I had all my original documents. My process is not yet complete, I have only done Biometrics. I expec...

Re: UKM application experience and timeline

My mother is UK Born. I had all my original documents. My process is not yet complete, I have only done Biometrics. I expect you will have a problem with unabridged as Vault is required. It might be worth involving an agent to assist you in getting the Vault copy. Biometrics is normally after 4 week...

Unabridged? Not Vault? Most of the timelines on here have been about a month from applying to Biometrics, faster recently, apparently you book with your application now. Yes, I am in Johannesburg. I have two brothers who have already completed the process; one in Johannesburg and one in Durban. None...
