I got it in 6 weeks the refusal but could take up to 3 months.

Did ur lawyer claim ur JR compensation from home office??

The best option is to speak with ur lawyer to chase home office to issue ur visa ASAP. the lawyer will charge u a fees just pay him let him do ur job.
