Hi, my I am albanian and my spouse visa expires 31st Aug 09. Can I still travel home next week for the bank holiday weekend or am I restricted due to my visa?

Hi, my partner had a smiliar situation. He was an overstayer and went back to albania in june last year. At the airport (gatwick) he got asked about which visa he came here on, took his finger print and issued him with a IS... (Cant remember the name, sorrry) Then he got on the flight and got issued...

I cant believe all these stories! Its awful! No one should have to put up with all this rubbish all the time! Why cant people just love who they want and go on holiday when and where they want! Its crazy! xxx

Yes Im a British Citizen ... The Greek Embassy seem really rude and not very helpful ... I didnt realise going on holiday with my husband would cause so much hassle! All i wanted was a nice holiday with plenty of sunshine and ouzo!!

Hi, me and my husband did the same as you and had the same paperwork that you have and everything was fine. We handed in the paperwork and he was given an interview a month later. He then had the interview, and was given the visa that day and he returned home 2 days later! Im sure it will be fine! x...
