I have applied for the visa already. It looks like the application form for FLR (M) and FLR (FP) are the same right? I just put in the financial part that I don't meet the requirements and then it asked for much I was earning
Same form.

Re: FLRM extension 10 days late

Update on my application. I am so happy to report that I've received an email stating my application is successful. I have been granted my last 30 months on Flrm. There was no mention of my application being late so I'm assuming I will be able to apply for for ILR in 2.5 years. This forum has been ...

Should work.

Varying the application is one way to overcome the challenge.

Refund info also covered in the link above.

Do you know the max gap time between online submission date and UKVCAS biometric appointment date? 45 days or 3 months?
The applicant will be provided with a date by which they have to attend an appointment to provide their biometrics.

It's usually about 9 weeks from the application date.

Re: Family Partner Visa of a British Citizen-URGENT Reply Required

It appears the OP is referring to changing their application to a priority service so as to get a decision, BRP card quicker.

You normally get given the priority option prior to or at the time of payment.

It is may not be possible to change this afterwards, currently.

Yes it was my 1st extension.

* English A1 test (although it wasn't required)
Are you sure it was A1, not at least CEFR A2? English language is a requirement for the 5-year route.

Re: Unmarried partner vs marriage visa, and giving notice

In Appendix FM - E-LTRP.1.12 it says: “The applicant’s partner cannot be the applicant’s fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner, unless the applicant was granted entry clearance as that person’s fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner.” Does this mean that if we apply for unmarried partner visa, and then ...

Re: Cohabitation Document Spacing for FLR (M)

Hello everyone, I have a question about the spacing of cohabitation documents for our FLR(M) visa. Does this spacing look ok? 5th July 2021 21st November 2021 7th March 2022 28th July 2022 November 5th 2022 March 7th 2023 It's just an example, what I'm trying to grasp is whether the gap between 5th...

Re: Visiting the UK on a spouse visa

Questions may be asked by the immigration officer such as if your wife has family members in the UK etc.

However, if admitted and based on the dates you've given, it shouldn't affect the spouse visa application.

If the income from this period meets the requirement, then include the calculation as an additional note and uploa...

Question 1:
Would I still be able to apply under Cat A with 20 payslips?
Yes
Question 2:
Do I actually NEED 26 payslips or just the 20 payslips will do?
The 20 payslips will do, as you've confirmed you meet the threshold.

I am including the items of correspondence documenting our living together over a period of two+ years. Should I still include these other things like what I mentioned above even though it's not explicitly stated on any official government website or documents?
No, you don't need to.

Re: Spouse Extension Visa Confused for Correspondence Evidence

You need the correspondence documents to cover the 24 months prior to the date of application. Begin with the date of the first document and select another dated 4 or 5 months later, and so on until the 24 months are covered. Whether a document you include covers a week or a year is not terribly imp...

Is it possible/allowed to do it with 7/14 documents with the 4 month spacing? Or does it have to be 6/12 and with 5 month spacing. You may use more documents, if necessary. It's unlikely you'll be penalised for that. And why do you say to supply documents from September 2021 onwards rather than Aug...

Re: Spacing of correspondence documents for FLR (M)

Yes. You can...
