Re: Spacing of correspondence documents for FLR (M)

Is it possible/allowed to do it with 7/14 documents with the 4 month spacing? Or does it have to be 6/12 and with 5 month spacing. You may use more documents, if necessary. It's unlikely you'll be penalised for that. And why do you say to supply documents from September 2021 onwards rather than Aug...

One more question:
Am I definitely correct that the correspondence comes from the last two years, rather than since the last visa was granted?

Re: Spacing of correspondence documents for FLR (M)

Hello, For the correspondence/evidence of cohabitation letters required for the FLR (M) visa, I have two questions: 1) Are these letters required from two years before the visa submission (online form) date? i.e. if I apply in August 2023, do I need documents from August 2021 onwards*? Yes. You can...

Re: Spouse visa: periods of separation

The rule for bank statements for family route applications is in Appendix FM-SE of the immigration rules at para A1(a)(v). Please don't confuse the OP with incorrect information. It's been stated that the immigration rules are complex; it's not for me to defend them. As it appears the OP has alread...

Re: Spouse visa: periods of separation

39B (d) of the immigration rules is not referring to just payslips or indeed bank statements but all specified evidence.

The Rules trumps the guidance, IDIs referenced above.

Stamp or letter no longer required.

So what would I tell the reason?

Employment letter is a specified evidence which must be within 28 days rule.
You've quoted previously what the Rules states so the above has to be your interpretation.

Re: Applying for Further Leave to Remain Spouse visa

Always read the guidance yourself to be on a safer side. Appendix FM-SE “ l) Where this Appendix requires the applicant to provide specified evidence relating to a period which ends with the date of application, that evidence, or the most recently dated part of it, must be dated no earlier than 28 ...

Re: FLR (M) Urgent advice please!

It's my first topic that I've created. I'm new here :) The last pay I received was on 30th June. I've just checked and seen that I've been paid today (30th July). I'm just worried that my latest pay that I've just received is 3 days after my submission date (27th July) and ideally I should have had...

Re: FLR (M) Urgent advice please!

It's not really your first post/topic, is it?

On what date did you receive the pay before the 30th July one into your bank account?

If cancelled before submitting biometrics, the fees will be refunded.

Re: Deception and curtailment

In trying hard to implicate the applicant, as it appears you're doing and looking for any means to, you might end up implicating yourself.

Be cautious.
