If submitting documents in individual names, they should be from the same period, same month for example.

Usually folks put in the application date even if they complete/sign on another date, but you should be ok.

its better to upload it yourself or try to call the UKVCAS . I'm afraid they will put him in 10 years route if the English certificate is the only requirement missing. This isn't a given. If assessed by NARIC and they confirm that the medium of instruction is English and that the qualification meets at least CEFR A2, then yes.

Its august. An extra month is added on at the beginning (I think this is 3 months now) to give her time to get here. Even if she gets here before, this isn't affected. This is incorrect. If the application was made prior to the expiration of her visa, then she is currently on 3C leave.

Should she leave the UK today, even without informing UKVI, the application will eventually be considered withdrawn by them. In this circumstance, overstay will not come into play, I believe.
