Re: Help! I got a girl pregnant in Madagascar.

Note also, that many of these poor countries have people who will do absolutely anything to get to USA/UK/EU/Aus/NZ etc. Be mindful of that. The above may be taken by many to be very very patronising, at best. At worst, something else. The OP hasn't indicated or inferred they were coerced into the ...

Re: FLR(M) visa - Living seperately

What exactly in E-LTRP.1.7. suggests otherwise? The OP stated they got married a week ago and are now switching to the spouse visa. Why do you believe they would need to submit "photos, proof of any visit, watsap chat etc.", which is what my comment was addressing they do not need to submit for thei...

Re: FLR, Spouse Visa

Then they can say it isn't available and provide an alternative document to prove the sponsor's citizenship.

No one's head will be cut off because the sponsor doesn't have a valid British passport.

Re: WHICH VISA TYPE FIANCÉ VISA

You can enter 'Single'.

At that stage of the application where the question is asked, that definition of 'Single' is more semantics. It will be obvious from the whole application and the supporting documents you submit that you're in a relationship, albeit not as married persons.

Hello Guys

With regards to the financial aspect of the fiancé visa is the actual work contract a requirement for the visa?

Many Thanks
It will probably come up as optional on the online form.

You can leave it out.

Re: Spouse visa help needed

In as far as the threshold is met, this is not an issue.

So the total amount of income for the 26 weeks prior to the date of application should be at least £9,300.

My wife would have been in the UK for 33 months on the 30th of January 2020. Her BRP states expiry on the 30th of April 2020.
Do you mean 30 months on 30 January 2020?

Was their visa issued in July 2017? On what date did they enter the UK?

Your previous post suggested you were going to vary to FLR FP in Nov. 2019. It looks like that did not happen.

What is the latest visa you have? Has it expired? If so, when did it expire?

Re: Spouse visa process and documents

Thank you muchly. In regards to formatting, it says on document guidelines to make sure it’s on A4...does that mean that the full passport is to be enlarged into a4 or can it be the passport with white space around it on an a4 document? Keep it simple. It simply means, if printing, print on A4. If ...
