Re: Will an early payment of salary be a problem?

If I count January to December 2021, the income will be even more. But now I've already submitted the online application with the lower figure. Are the payslips for this period not 12? If the income from this period meets the requirement, then include the calculation as an additional note and uploa...

Re: Items of correspondence

Hi My wife is applying for her FLR (M) extension. We have moved 4 times in the past 2 years. Most bills and statements are in joint names. Could you please advise if we need to provide 6 items of correspondence for each address or is it enough that we would have items of correspondence from 3 diffe...

Question 1:
Would I still be able to apply under Cat A with 20 payslips?
Yes
Question 2:
Do I actually NEED 26 payslips or just the 20 payslips will do?
The 20 payslips will do, as you've confirmed you meet the threshold.

I am including the items of correspondence documenting our living together over a period of two+ years. Should I still include these other things like what I mentioned above even though it's not explicitly stated on any official government website or documents?
No, you don't need to.

If its the initial spouse visa, then include other ones you mentioned above as stated by others or you read should be included.
Isn't the above usually for applications from outside the UK?

Ok.

Are you on the 5 or 10-year route to ILR?

Re: Spouse Extension Visa Confused for Correspondence Evidence

You need the correspondence documents to cover the 24 months prior to the date of application. Begin with the date of the first document and select another dated 4 or 5 months later, and so on until the 24 months are covered. Whether a document you include covers a week or a year is not terribly imp...

Re: Spacing of correspondence documents for FLR (M)

Is it possible/allowed to do it with 7/14 documents with the 4 month spacing? Or does it have to be 6/12 and with 5 month spacing. You may use more documents, if necessary. It's unlikely you'll be penalised for that. And why do you say to supply documents from September 2021 onwards rather than Aug...

Re: Spacing of correspondence documents for FLR (M)

Hello, For the correspondence/evidence of cohabitation letters required for the FLR (M) visa, I have two questions: 1) Are these letters required from two years before the visa submission (online form) date? i.e. if I apply in August 2023, do I need documents from August 2021 onwards*? Yes. You can...

It's been stated that the immigration rules are complex; it's not for me to defend them. As it appears the OP has alread...

Re: Spouse visa: periods of separation

39B (d) of the immigration rules is not referring to just payslips or indeed bank statements but all specified evidence.

The Rules trumps the guidance, IDIs referenced above.

Stamp or letter no longer required.
