On what date did you receive the pay before the 30th July one into your bank account?

If cancelled before submitting biometrics, the fees will be refunded.

In trying hard to implicate the applicant, as it appears you're doing and looking for any means to, you might end up implicating yourself.

If submitting documents in individual names, they should be from the same period, same month for example.

Usually folks put in the application date even if they complete/sign on another date, but you should be ok.

If the application was made on the date stated above, it is not early.

If assessed by NARIC and they confirm that the medium of instruction is English and that the qualification meets at least CEFR A2, then yes.
