This would hold true only for "Niche" technology. Hi guys, I've actually had friends that have had very good experiences with Consultancies on a whole and even recommended them. The "So Called Work Permit" is now a Tier 2 Visa that can only be issued by companies that are approved by the Home Office...

The NCS will check your application and documents, take a photocopy of your passports and any supporting documents, and give you back the originals. They will then send the application by Secure post and give you a HO reference number. You can use any NCS in the UK. Hi Casa do NCS photocopy all the...

CTC amount reduced by 60%

HMRC asked me my last 2 years annual gross income and suddenly reduced CTC which is in my wife's name by 60% although my gross income changed just by fraction in last 2 years. I and my wife claim together and my wife is house wife. Should I be going back to HMRC to check if they may have made an err...

Gainvidya, that 5-year reference is to the date of your first qualifying entry to the UK, and has nothing to do with the ILR dates/time away you've mentioned. Ie, you can apply once you complete 5 years from the date you first landed in the UK in 2004 to begin your stay [in a qualifying category], ...

Gainvidya, I'm not sure what your fear is about. You are allowed to be out of the country for 90 days in a year. If you have only spent two months out of the UK during the ILR period from 03.11.08 to 03.11.09 (when you will apply for naturalisation), you need not worry. Also, date of submission is ...

Is Switzerland part of EU?

I travelled to Switzerland on Indian passport having a Work Permit in 2005. Now it seems we need a schengan visa but still not considered as part of EU?

Also are UK citizens allowed to work there without any restriction?
