Re: Surrender certificate not needed for OCI?

Man you are F****. You are dealing with Indian legal authority the most corrupt and selfish lots in the world. All the best. I don't mean to be rude but using an F word in response is uncalled for. We all know well about the bureaucracy in these offices. I'm asking for a 'useful' idea in dealing wi...

If it manageing project without any specialised business expertise which is planning, scheduling, communicating, presentation and updating gantt chart then I would expect that. But PM role has changed from last few year to more speciliased role in which he ...

The question here is not whether they will get caught, but whether it is permitted. And I am not sure whether selling things on the internet, as a business, ...

As I understand it the work has to be in accordance with the type of work the visa was issued for. Plus if u do it, tell the taxman and pay the tax, or he will have your balls. Thanks for your reply. I only sold two used items (VAT is already paid on it). Both items are less than £200. Do you thin...

OCI Photograph size confusion

I have read about this issue but still not able to conclude.

HCI london have officially asked for 51mm x 51mm size Photograph for OCI application. UK standard size is 35mm x 45mm which is what I have. Should I go ahead with UK standard size or anyone experienced UK standard size being rejected?

I think you need a wake up call. People who commit benefit fraud do commit an offence but it is usually victimless. A failed asylum seeker who was driving uninsured killed a family man thus depriving a wife of her husband , children being deprived of a father http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article...
