Na, the social services are not giving us permission for going anywhere together.
Not sure what to do?
That would make obtaining a visit visa out of the question, no? As you would be together..

Re: Apply for my husband to come and visit our British child

I agree.

If your husband can save £40,000GBP in Bangladesh, that’s pretty impressive. Stay there till you saved up enough.

Is it indeed a lot of money that has gone to lawyers who give false hope. The business is booming from people like ourselves.

Re: Apply for my husband to come and visit our British child

Also, I applied for Ireland visa over 2 years ago. They were suppose to process visa within like 8 weeks. I got letter via post requesting documents a year later, and even after submitting documents it got refused stating no response was provided. That’s probably because there’s a massive backlog fo...

Re: Apply for my husband to come and visit our British child

You sound like me, three years ago. And here I am still without my spouse. Visit visa was rejected for the reason explained - having stronger ties in UK. I have my appeal soon as my application was refused so will update the outcome regarding article 8. I do not meet income threshold. As they get ol...

Hi All, Happy New Year to everyone at start :) I just wanted to ask if i can just get all the screenshots of the chat on PDF and just submit the PDF online as i will be using self-uploading service, instead of printing them all out on pages and pages and scanning them again which im sure doesnt mak...

Re: Urgent please!!! Lost decree absolute and not sure can get the copy in time

I’ve requested mine in the past. I asked for it to be done quicker, they said for me to come down. They said they will put it in the post same day so I opted for the post option and did receive it within days. But I think I did have case number. Can you look through any documents sent regarding this...

You should go the court (when it opens) and request it - they can possibly provide it there and then for a small fee.

Re: Appeal submitted - no bundle provided by home office

Update on my case: I got a letter from the tribunal but it is not exactly a hearing date letter. It says that the Home Office has still not submitted the bundle and that my hearing date will most probably be the next available date after the second week of February. The Home Office has till then to...

Re: £9 short of the £18600 threshold.

I know of someone got refused by being short of pennies.

Can you show some savings to counteract the £9 requirement for over 5 years? Says like £45 that you have saved carefully over 6 months?

Can someone confirm if saving can be replied upon to meet the shortfall?

If this appeal fails I will have no choice but to consider full time employment. You are right about that westside - it’s plan B.

Re: Wife refused entry as a visitor - Affect spouse visa

My husband has never been to UK. Never been to my house - funny hey. I moved to Egypt when we got married as I didn’t want to deal with the issues of spouse visa but to actually enjoy the marriage element. Since you have a daughter from previous relationship, this would further support your applicat...

Re: Wife refused entry as a visitor - Affect spouse visa

Thanks for considering people facing hardship. Nice to read some encouraging words. My husband was refused visit visa, because they felt he has strong ties in UK and may not return. He was coming to visit me and his almost 1 year old son. I mean what exactly are these visit visas for? To visit the Q...

Re: Bringing my Filipina partner into the country for marriage and possible settlement.

Not all employers hold the passport of Saudi work force. What she would need is a exit and re-entry visa from her employer - if they are willing to do that. Syncing that time off, and getting the UK visa is going to be tricky as both of these countries have difficult visa requirements and not stick ...

I used screen shots. Make sure the dates are on the screen shots. if you scroll up or down the date appears while the screen is moving, if your fast you can screen shot this before the date disappears. Otherwise, the dates appear at beginning of chat for each new day. I provided one screen shot for ...

Re: Appeal submitted - no bundle provided by home office

Thought I’d update you. I got my letter for hearing 2 days ago - which surprised me as I did anticipate it coming much later.
