An IS151 is an enforcement notice and would not be issued by port officers.

Victoria,

Would I not be correct in saying the IS151 was not issued to your client by Immigration Officers at port whilst the client was embarking of his/her own free will?

Lennon The cut off date you referred to was in respect of UK nationality. You don't qualify for that, but by virtue of the fact your grandmother was born in what is now the Republic of Ireland you qualify for Irish nationality. As an Irish national you are also an EU national and are therefore able t...

He may well be noted as an overtstayer or issued with a removal notice, and this MUST be disclosed - to hide it is a far worse offense. Victoria If a passenger is detected on departure as an overstayer no removal notice can or will be issued. The worst that will happen is that personal details will...

There is a possibility your wife will be delayed by BIA on arrival. They may wish to undertake some checks but take it from me as the spouse of an EU national assumedly exercising treaty rights here she will not be returned or removed.I would suggest you carry proof of your application to the home o...

Sounds to me like someone has not done their job properly. Most letters sent out by the Home Office are templates which have to be modified by the writer to fit the particular circumstances of the case. Obviously the Home Office official here has neglected to do this. Make a copy of the letter for y...

I'm afraid that without a parent with ILR or BC, the baby does not have any right to ILR. You can search for the 7 year concession but that's only for parents undergoing removal/deportation and it's a long way in the future. Wrong, you don't need to have had removal proceedings instigated against y...

As the Home Office holds your wife's passport and she is not guaranteed entry to Bahrain, despite what your prospective employer says(they are not the Bahraini immigration authorities) the only option would appear to be for her to make the trip to JA first.

I'd write a complaint to the CIO (Chief Immigration Officer) or even better the HM Inspector about that IO. You should check her IO number on the stamp. As far as I know they cannot curtail your leave on that basis there and then, but I might be mistaken. In any event if they can that would be an i...

Rosey Trust me you have nothing to worry about.Should you travel again simply point out to the IO on arrival that an error was made, don't complicate issues by alleging the IO was vindictive or the circumstances of why you were given a code 5N. Most IOs would accept your explanation given you have v...

I think any application under RULE 317 would be bound to fail as Extrovert currently has only limited leave to remain and not settled status.

Even if you are checked, checks are random so you may not be checked at all, you will NOT be arrested NOR detained. The worst that will happen is that your personal details will be recorded as well as details of your passport. Should you ever venture back to the UK or seek to obtain a visa from abroa...

It is a transfer of conditions stamp.

The passport holder probably had his/her original conditions
in an old expired passport and the Immigration Officer has simply
transferred the conditions to the new passport by use of this stamp.
