Re: Changing Visitor Visa Stay Length

My parents just got their 6 months visa. When applying, in the cover letter we mentioned that they'll stay 10 days. But, now I want them to stay like 30-45 days. I read in some places, if you stay more than stated number of days mentioned while applying, it can affect your next visa application. In...

Re: Wife and two Sons British Naturalisation application

Dear There is question while filling my wife naturalisation online form "Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?" We have two sons under 18 who also need to be added. Re: Standard ILR Application withdraw and Re-apply

Remember that the timeframe given is indicative and for ILR standard application the window is very wide, it doesn't mean that an outcome will be provided in exactly 8 weeks. You mentioned before that this trip is not urgent (a non-emergency situation), I would suggest to refrain from any internati...

Much appreciated, and noted down. I will potentially look around for a solicitor or two, just to get a rough idea of what kind of money we're talking about (as well as looking at the exact things req for this extension). Seems you got some to throw around....ultimately your choice. I definitely DON...

My friend received an invitation to book an appointment with ukcvas : photos and fingerprints but still no fees debited from his account.

Is it normal ? Remember friend is on the 🐌 track.

Thanks.
Friend should go ahead, book and attend appointment, at some point fees will be taken.

Re: Rise in visa refusals.

Was speaking with my solicitor today, she said that her company and others have noticed a general rise in visa refusals, and also that many of the reasons given seem unlawful, so her and other companies have been using judicial reviews to challenge the refusals. It's mostly like that, when refusals...

The application is for your spouse so you fill them in with your spouse's details not yours!
Hope in that way it begins to make sense. Ask further questions as they come up.

my friend wants to get a visitor visa to the UK, would her last 3 months of payslips be enough to show or should she wait and provide 6, would more make a difference ?

Thanks, Gary.
Provide 6months, this gives a more detailed insight to her financial ability.
