It took a few emails and working around the NARIC website (that I think was not allowing me to upload documents) but three or so weeks later, we got the cert again for £17.40...

Thanks. Since I'm uploading on TLS, does it matter which categories you put the documents under? Or just judge it best you can, as long as it is uploaded it won't matter? Try as best as possible to use the categories as stated on TLS, if you don't find a matching or exact category for some document...

Thankyou for clearing the points, like you said can they reject if they feel 12 documents 6 each not enough ? As I have some gaps upto 5 months...
