Re: Refused a fiance visa on multiple grounds

TB test certificate has a validity of 6months. So depends on how soon you interested to submit application, if the previous TB certificate will be valid at the time of application submission you don't necessarily have to get a new one done.

Re: Refused a fiance visa on multiple grounds

We were thinking of getting the 2 people who we'd plan to be our witnesses to write a statement. Not sufficient and will likely also be ignored. Remember that anyone can write anything for whatever reason. You need evidence of venue enquiries, Registry Office enquiries, receipt for engagement ring ...

Re: Confused about a requirement from the employment letter

It means somewhere in the employment letter should read like 'Revlimo88 is being payed a salary of £2000/month since January 2019' If the employment letter states the start date and fixed annual sallary as per contract, it kind of implies the monthly salary doesn't it? Yes it does. Note that among ...

(2) TB test certificated will expires on 25-Dec-2019, does her certificate still valid until application date or does she need a new one for travel date Dec 30? Does she need a new one

If TB test certificate is valid at the time/date of application submission, she does not need to get a new one.

Re: Advice needed. Employer letter date

But how would they notice if all the documents are scanned to them? They would be on screen? Do not get yourself into a bind on a matter that is probably minute. If correction/amendment is not countersigned by the original issuer, forget using that document. Re: How much IHS to pay?

Change your ILR expiry date to 3 years ahead instead of 2024. I have the same situation now. When I provide my visa expiry date as 2024 the IHS site is asking to pay 2200 pounds instead of 1200 for a 3 yrs PBS dependent visa extension. I can possibly create a new application and modify the expiry d...
