Re: Question 11.7

It means that even witnesses whom details was recorded to the system have to declare this in the application form to disclose all the information he/she already provided to the Garda: "The onus is on each applicant to disclose all information and evidence..." That’s pure wrong and mislead...

Re: Documents not returned after Irish visa refusal

Hi,
If you document was not confirmed/certified by an issue or country authority it could be that this document was treated as fake.
If you still think that provided document was genuine, try to request the duplicate from the issue authority and use it for appeal.

No, if you have not been arrested, convicted, fined, charged (even if cleared), etc., then you can answer "no". All the details regarding these incidents are recorded in the garda Pulse system, you can think that there is nothing important, but it could be that it is more than nothing was...

Re: Is it required that I need to apply Employment Visa from my Home Country?

Hi, They will normally issue the single entry visa D, valid for 30 days. It means that you will have 30 days window for the first entry. The GNIB officer at the port of entry will normally give you the entry stamp "for purpose of registration" for another 30 days from entry date. You will ...

Re: Is it required that I need to apply Employment Visa from my Home Country?

Hi, If you will use the existing permit there is no issue for the period of permit validity. The new permit is actually not for free and obtain it just by wish is probably not a really good idea for employer. Unfortunately you will not be qualified for stamp 4 at the end of this permit, as 21 month ...

Hey, The re-entry visas processing is quite fast now, you can check the processing time on the inis website. The stamp itself is not in the list of allowable entrance permission, that normally spread by the foregin ministry to the airlines and other carriers. It can be accepted by local immigration,...

Hi,

It seems they also assigning the ticket numbers now, just for all the incoming e-mails.
They adding the words "Your ticket number is: {0000}" to the subject line of autoreply.

At least this looks like improvements in the processing of the queries...

Re: 1 year IRP CARD never arrived

Hi,

Ask them to provide you the tracking code for your IRP envelope.
All the IRPs are sending by ExpressPost with tracking numbers.
You will be able to track the letter by anpost.ie website.

Hi,

How does it come that you don't have the application number and receipt?
This sounds very vired.
It looks like they did not process your child's documents into the system at all.

Hi,

Is there anybody who applied for online IRP renewal?
What were the delays between "Payment Acknowledgement" and "Application Processed" e-mails?
Can anybody share their waiting stats?

If She is already working, She could check with the employer HR and apply for a work permit application. When She will get it back in 3-6 months later She could cancel/renounce stamp 4 and get a new stamp 1 based on Her own. This is not an easy task as there is no official patch from stamp 4 to stam...

Hey, In case of "port of entry" - you have fixed time to register according to the entrance stamp. It's normally between 30-90 days. So this means the maximum allowable registration delay normally could be assumed to about 3 month. You didn't have this writing requirements for a registrati...

Hi, wattm, In fact, you can register someone with a such stamp in the CRO database. I know the people who successfully did it 5 years ago, but they left Ireland later on. I believe that INIS is probably not checking the CRO database all the time when renewing the stamps. But they could check the Rev...
