Hi, he applied on 30th July 2008 & got his results on 14th Oct 20008. He just applied for tier1, did not switch from any other visa. a) the salary account which he hold does not mention the word salary. b) his pay slip only shows the gross amount (no net amount) c) his salary is not paid every month...

Hi all,

My frnd who had applied on 30th July got his visa on 14th Oct.

Visa is for 3year!

his case was really difficult to judge!

As per my experience hotel books is required. As advised earlier request you to call the VFS to more information. They would also tell you the same.
