Does she need to do any additional training, what kind of career she can get into. etc (These are the type of advice I am looking for). Is there any agency i can approach regarding this? Any...

when my spouse went for his biometrics on 23/09 with the documents he was advised these are not required as already uploaded on to VFS Global. Is this ok? Once you get a job that pays £18,600 pa and get all the evidence for those six months (i.e., payslips), your wife can apply. would...

Re: SPOUCE VISA KEEP MY PASSPORT

Does this mean the application has been accepted now that they are asking for passport or can it still be refused? The only way to find out is when your partner receives their passport back. Nevertheless, it doesn’t make sense they would reject the visa and still ask for the passport. You might pre...

Re: FLR (M) visa application: (just) married but not living together

We're wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation - married but not cohabiting - and what evidence did you supply with your application / how did you approach it? Any tips would be gratefully received. Thank you! :) Since you are married, you don’t have to meet the cohabitation requirement....

Did they mention how long it usually takes? My partner handed in last friday and still no news. I'm getting slightly worried now. It isn’t automatic, if that’s what you’re expecting. Thank you for your reply, much appreciated, I will now wait for an email, Can I ask why your visa was refused?
You're welcome.

Yes, my visa was refused because my IELTS certificate didn't have an UKVI reference number, that was the only reason for refusal.

Has your wife have full custody of the children (known as sole responsibility)? If that’s the case, I don’t think any details of the father would be needed.

Your spouse would have to pay 150% cost for delivery. It is not free for visitors. As CR001 stated, your wife will be charged 150% of the cost for a delivery since she will enter as visitor. Two years ago when I got a quote from a hospital in England, it was around £5,000 and it varies from hospita...

Thanks for the reply. I should have made it clear that they are visiting us for one week and for any help needed for my wife and not necessarily just for the baby. Absolutely no wages involved. Then apply for a visitor visa for them, and omit “they are going’s to take care of the child” because it’...
