Re: SPOUCE VISA KEEP MY PASSPORT

Hi thanks for replying. So in your case it took two weeks. Does it defo mean the visa has been accepted though? The email just stated application has now been assessed and they require the passport. My partner did ask but they never mentioned a date just that they will call. Following this thread a...

Re: FLR (M) visa application: (just) married but not living together

We're wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation - married but not cohabiting - and what evidence did you supply with your application / how did you approach it? Any tips would be gratefully received. Thank you! :) Since you are married, you don’t have to meet the cohabitation requirement....

Re: Parent of british child

Im looking for advice i have a son who is a british citizen born to a british father. We are married but not together anymore . I mean... the most convenient route to apply for a visa that will actually grant you an entrance is the spouse visa, because you are married to a British citizen. However,...

Re: SPOUCE VISA KEEP MY PASSPORT

Did they mention how long it usually takes? My partner handed in last friday and still no news. I'm getting slightly worried now. It isn’t automatic, if that’s what you’re expecting. I handed over my passport when they requested it and they contacted me two weeks after to say the passport was ready...

Thank you for your reply, much appreciated, I will now wait for an email, Can I ask why your visa was refused?
You're welcome.

Yes, my visa was refused because my IELTS certificate didn't have an UKVI reference number, that was the only reason for refusal.

Re: UK Spouse Visa - Passport returned no refusal letter or Visa

My wife received her passport back yesterday, There was no visa sticker or any refusal or appeal letter. We received an email on the 19th of September stating a Decision was made on our Application. Has anyone else experienced this? Yes, the exact same thing has happened to me in July and they were...

Has your wife have full custody of the children (known as sole responsibility)? If that’s the case, I don’t think any details of the father would be needed.

I would be grateful if you guys could let me know this new date to arrive in the UK occurred due to this incident will not cause any issues to my parents at the immigration(UKBA) counter at the airport.    Unlikely. At the UK Border control, the officers will check your parents have a valid visa to...

Your spouse would have to pay 150% cost for delivery. It is not free for visitors. As CR001 stated, your wife will be charged 150% of the cost for a delivery since she will enter as visitor. Two years ago when I got a quote from a hospital in England, it was around £5,000 and it varies from hospita...

Our ties are very strong in both Turkey and UAE. By the way it sounds, it seems your wife has strong ties to her country of residence, plus she’s been granted visitor visas several times in the past. Just be sure to submit all the paperwork that demonstrates it (especially about her business and yo...

It was taught in English. So, I just want to know if my PG Dip w...
