Re: STUDENTS TO WORK FOR 10HRS PER WEEK AND DEPENDANTS OHRS

I agree with you Tier4. People like those have no self dignity and respect for others. Just to Obtain Passport they eventually end up marrying a EU citizen. Since they lack education and couldnt find a job then they start criticizing other people (for example students). The best way is to ignore th...

Thanks for your replies Wanderer and Rebel. I searched a bit for how to contact UKBA or UKVisas and finally came to know that its the World Bridge people that I should be contacting since I am outside UK. They don't take telephone enquiries so sent them a mail and they replied back just after an hou...

What type of UK visa do I need ? Quick suggestions please.

Hello Everyone Please forgive me if this has been answered earlier but even though I did have a quick look, I couldn't find any post that could answer my request. For those of you who don't know, I am a Pakistani citizen living in Poland on the basis of my wife being Polish. I need to go to London t...

Why not abolish the benefits system all together ? Let the people work and earn for themselves, there could be support for people who can't find work or disabled etc. Wouldn't that be a better solution ? Personally I find it mind-blowing that people from other countries come, to UK or any other coun...

I gather one of them is a Dane whose mother is a Somali. Where would they be deported to? The child to Denmark and the mother to Somalia or would both be deported to Somalia? Would deporting the child to Somalia be legal, as it is an EEA citizen? Would Denmark take the Somali mother in? Not going i...

You give legal immigrants a bad name.

This forum is for people to obtain advice to stay within the law not for people who broke the law for years.
Agreed.

You need to remember that laws are made for genuine people with genuine cases. While you should feel free to denounce the abuse, and everyone should, you should applaud such judgements which give the genuine people justice. Talking about benefits, then you need to admit that the whole benefits syste...

I don't understand if you are talking about Czech citizenship or Irish but if Czech, then you need to remember that you must speak their language and they don't allow dual citizenship either. Not sure how many years you have to live there but they obviously won't dole out the passport to you just be...

You have posted this same question in 20 different places.

Anyway, the answer to your question is Yes. You can apply for EEA Family Permit even if your wife doesn't have registration certificate.
