Re: Application for spouse outside the UK

Ok, no problem. One more thing, would you guys be annoyed if an update is provided under a different country’s timeline? It is clearly helpful that people sign up on this and also give an account of their own experience - it kind of gives others who are reading hope, especially those that are going ...

And By the way, you and Seagull are fantastic with your responses and advise. God bless you both and other moderators I’m struggling to find timelines for Nigeri...

My payslip, however is issued on the 14th of every month which is when I receive my salary.
So pay date says 24.04.2019
Pay period: 01.04.2019 - 30.04.2019
Did you mean 24th instead of 14th?
Thank you for your responses. This has been a lot of help.

Re: Date on payslips

Correct. It did not. So I submitted from Nov - April Started counting 28 days from 19th April. If this helps you to work out the 28th days submission; For my husband’s spouse application, I submitted the last bank statement (which is the 19th of April) and don’t get paid until the 24th of April (thi...

If you paid for prepaid postage (to go back to a UK address) then it would be sent back to the UK address. Re: Shared house with landlord FM appendix Q 2.7

I would suggest to ask them politely and explain the reason for asking.
You have to be honest and plain.

Best wishes

Re: Can we use payslips from old contract and new contract

Hiya, What file got rejected in May? if you do not mind sharing? If you are still with the previous employer you could use both I believe but it's always best to thorougly do your own research. I read this as it gives more detail into what HO needs, with regards to the financial requirement - you ne...

Re: Spouse Visa and bank accounts

Since you are not going to base the financial requirement on your account then no need. You should base the financial requirement on your sponsor's own income. On the online application, there is a question there that asks if you have worked before and if so provide details - I would suggest only pr...
