I've been to Lloyds and asked them to print the transactions since my last statement, they did that and it has my name, address, acct number and sort code and all the transaction.
They also stamped it without an issue.

Re: Clarifications on ILR.....please

Hi, I am an India passport holder, and I have been in the UK from 2009 with a Tier 1 General visa. I have a few queries and can any of you help me please? 1. I am planning to apply for ILR next year. Is ILR really an indefinite visa, or does it have any validity period like the Tier 1 General visa?...

If the letter they kept was addressed to UKBA, Home Office or case worker then you won't get the letter back as its their property.

I think they do. Why do you think it's a complicated case?
If you're worried about holidays then from reports so far, it looks like they're not really bothered about short absences

Re: ILR Success POE Croydon 18/04/13

I would suggest do not provide more documents then what is needed but if possible do carry as much as you can. But just provide the basic documents as more documents only causes more issues then solutions. Couldn't agree more. I've always belived that more extra docs you put the more complex you ma...

Re: UBKA clarification on Tier 1 (general) absences question

Absences due to the applicant travelling to see family and friends whilst unemployed would break the continuous period for ILR, as they are not work-related or for compelling or compassionate reasons. Is there any documentary evidence of this? Or just another idiot talking rubbish and making stuff ...

If she has never had a visa then you don't have to apply for her T1G dependant visa unless she's travelling.

Guys, don't stress yourself too much by reading the responses from UKBA. Unlike WP/T2, HSMP/T1 was never required to be working all year around so unpaid leave would never break continuity of your stay. From experience I can tell you, don't read too much into UKBA's responses either, half the time ...
