Re: Financial requirement for Spouse Visa

The /VFS and the VFS website being awful, I've had a few people say there are technical issues with it especially when uploading supporting documents with consistent crashes etc. For something as sensitive as spousal visa, it is having a detrimental impact on people's applications, especially consi...

Re: Financial requirement for Spouse Visa

Also, did you have 6 months payslips? Looking at the above, I meet the financial requirement, what do you think, surely it should not go wrong as long as I provide everything and it gets uploaded? Off topic - shouldn't we complain about this? Where are you based? London? I provided 12 months paysli...

Re: Financial requirement for Spouse Visa

Thank you Fifi, My friend said the exact same thing as you about the VFS site being awful. Can you see from your side what you've uploaded? Am I right in saying you did the online application on the gov site and then it re-directed you to the VFS site to upload all the supporting documents? Yes - w...

Hellooo again

Is the priority service £800, paid via Visa4UK at the same time as the application?
Trying to find the exact cost but I couldn’t see it on the website

Thanks
Yes, that's correct.
All the best!

Re: Financial requirement for Spouse Visa

Thanks for that. I've read through that case, and it was unfortunate for him and it wasn't his fault at all. It was UKVI and VFS mistake for not uploading all the documents. That brings me to my next question, talking to a friend, he's told me as part of the new gov site, all teh documents are uplo...

Re: Please help urgently - FLR (M) refusal on ground on English language requirements

An out of time appeal means overstaying and a lot of times an over stayer partner/parent of British national gets FLRFP under 10 years of route. In my opinion if your reasons were really solid then judge may use discretion and also dont forget a lot of posts are also get delayed by the royal mail t...

Re: UK SPOUSE VISA APPLICATION

Hi

You can actually apply online and upload/scan the documents yourself or your partner can upload everything themselves on the VFS website for free. You will then only attend a biometrics appoint and submit your passport.

Re: Self uploading documents through VFS Global

Thanks for responding Fififadi. That sounds awful. I uploaded quite a few documents yesterday and was hopeful it'd be ok but the site is playing up even more today - I removed some docs too so I can put in a different folder so that hasn't helped. I just hate the thought of having to print all thes...

Re: Self uploading documents through VFS Global

Has anyone had success after self-uploading supporting documents for the entry clearance spouse visa? Can you share what categories you used please? Unfortunately, we have to complete uploading before sis-in-law has biometrics done - hopefully it'll be this Thursday. Hi My husband applied for his s...

Re: Spouse Visa - Overstayer - chances of approval?

Thank you both for your replies. I appreciate it. Will wait and see what happens. Have applied and used the priority service. I know the decision isn't straight forward and most likely won't be made in the given timescale, but at least i can hope to have a decision before the 3 months processing tim...

Spouse Visa - Overstayer - chances of approval?

Hi everyone, I'm a new user and it's my first time posting. Everyone's posts on here are so helpful. Very grateful to the admins of this website and all of the users. I wanted some advice, hopefully from those with a similar scenario. I recently applied for my husband's spouse visa (23rd of July). I...
