Hi

Hope you are well. How did your hearing go?

Regards,

Syed
Hi Syed,

I haven't had the hearing yet. Have not been listed yet. Most probably will be delayed further due to COVID-19.

What is your case?

I had my appeal hearing on 26 Feb. The bundle was never provided prior. Home office brought it on the day. We had video link. Home office representative had asked for this so applicant can provide their evidence. The HO rep on day didn’t see the point of this, nor did my lawyer and barrister and ev...

Re: Submitting a passport

Hi Fififadi, thank you for you're kind words. We lodged an appeal in July 2019 and had the court date for late December 2019. So 5 months in total for a hearing. We were then notified that we had won our appeal 2 weeks after the hearing (the longest 2 weeks of my life). I am based in Newport, South...

Hi guys
Quick :?:
When visa is refused ...does 28 days to lodge appeal start from date on refusal letter or the date you collected your passport?
28 days from when you receive the refusal - so 28 days from when you've picked up your passport with the refusal letter.

Hi I'm sorry to hear that you're visa was refused. My spouse's visa was refused based on 320(11) also in October. We have also appealed. I may be wrong, but i'm not sure if 320(11) appeals can be done through Paper due to the complexity. I hope you get a hearing date very soon after your 15 weeks ar...

Re: Appeal submitted - no bundle provided by home office

That’s a good idea about attending a hearing, I might do the same.

Yes, have appealed very recently.

My timeline:
Refused: 21.10.19
Appealed: 15.11.19
Notice of pending appeal: 04.12.19
Review deadline: around 18.03.20

When do you have to submit everything by?
