Re: Waiting on Appeal to be heard after home office refusal of spouse vissa

Thank you guys for the reply and yh I'm trying to be as patient as I can be Hi Snmalik1231 Your 15 weeks are almost over. Have you had any update on your situation? Have HO made any contact with you? My husband's visa was also refused due to 320(11) - hoping to hear some positive news from you.

Re: Appeal submitted - no bundle provided by home office

Hi fififadi, Yes, I have my appeal hearing in approx 2 weeks time. The home office requested witness statements and have also requested for the video link which we had put forward. This means, they want to speak to my spouse in court in addition to me, separately. We need to make sure our points an...

Re: Submitting a passport

Hi Fififadi, thank you for you're kind words. We lodged an appeal in July 2019 and had the court date for late December 2019. So 5 months in total for a hearing. We were then notified that we had won our appeal 2 weeks after the hearing (the longest 2 weeks of my life). I am based in Newport, South...

Re: Submitting a passport

Thats great Jaune. My partners initial spouse visa was refused for320(11), over-stay and working. We appealed and won because there were no aggravating features identified. Overstaying and working isnt featured as a aggravating circumstance. A month after receiving the judges decision, I received t...

Re: Appeal submitted - no bundle provided by home office

Update; I was too lucky to have such an early appeal date. Court rang my lawyer and told us that the appeal date has now changed - extended it to end of Feb. Waiting for new court letter. Will update with any changes. Oh no - I came on to wish you the best with the tribunal. They've moved it by a m...

Hi guys
Quick :?:
When visa is refused ...does 28 days to lodge appeal start from date on refusal letter or the date you collected your passport?
28 days from when you receive the refusal - so 28 days from when you've picked up your passport with the refusal letter.

Re: Waiting on Appeal to be heard after home office refusal of spouse vissa

Hi I'm sorry to hear that you're visa was refused. My spouse's visa was refused based on 320(11) also in October. We have also appealed. I may be wrong, but i'm not sure if 320(11) appeals can be done through Paper due to the complexity. I hope you get a hearing date very soon after your 15 weeks ar...

Re: Appeal submitted - no bundle provided by home office

That’s a good idea about attending a hearing, I might do the same.

Yes, have appealed very recently.

My timeline:
Refused: 21.10.19
Appealed: 15.11.19
Notice of pending appeal: 04.12.19
Review deadline: around 18.03.20

When do you have to submit everything by?

Re: Appeal submitted - no bundle provided by home office

Hello

Are you ok to post a timeline from your refusal to receiving tribunal date please?

I’ve appealed my spouses visa refusal too, just want to see current timelines.

Hope all goes well for you, seems like your date has come round quickly?

Hi No I haven’t received a reply even though we applied for priority service. Received an email last week to say they hadn’t received sponsors documents, which I had already submitted. So I went and submitted them again. No sure how long it will take now. Because you got an email from them regardin...
