Hiya, Since you have been living in the UK for the previous 12 months, if you apply now/today/one of these days, you will be adjudged as per Country Band A (UK) requirements. Simply add up the Gross Earnings of the (India) salary slips and match it to the levels specified for Band A to determine the...

Hiya, This forum has a lot of experienced people, but very few of us are actually qualified immigration consultants/lawyers. While we may be able to speculate on the endless possibilities in situations like you are currently in, it will require the skills of an "good" immigration lawyer/consultant t...

Hiya, Frankly, I don't see what the issue is... You must have applied for a HSMP with an objective in mind... Your current employer cannot "send you back" since you are legally allowed to live and work in the UK without his consent. Regarding your employment, if they decide to terminate it, look for...

Hiya, My guess is, in order to meet the English Language requirement, you need to provide your Bachelor's degree and a letter from the same University stating it was taught in English. NARIC may have assessed your Master's to a British Bachelors - that does not make it a Bachelor's Degree. It still ...

Hiya, You need proof from the same University that awarded you a Bachelor's Degree. If you have one such letter, that is good enough for the English Language requirements. The alternative is to take the IELTS Test. You need a minimum of 6.0 under the current HSMP criteria to successfully meet the En...

Hiya, If you claimed 85, and the CW only calculated (God-forbid) 80, you will be awarded 80. Your application should not ideally be rejected because your claim is different from the CWs findings. If that is your only concern, you can rest assured it will not affect your application. However, it is a...

E.g., children bel...

Hiya,

I don't believe there is a provision for this. You may have to reapply your HSMP approval.

Alternatively, you could explore the possibility of a post-dated EC. You need to scout the forum for info. I'm certain there is plenty available.

Hiya,

Don't bother with endorsements. This is not a legal requirement and I am certain nobody in India would need to do such a thing.

And this is certainly not a requirement for UK. Nevertheless, I would be glad to know if anyone else had to get this done because of HSMP/EC.
