Hiya, You don't need to submit a utility bill... This is never asked for in the FLR application either. You need to send: 1. Your Passport. 2. Covering Letter 3. FLR (HSMP) Application form with your HSMP reference letter mentioned in it. 4. Your current HO reference number, if any. 5. The fee of £...

No point speculating - just wait and see.

The HO sends an email reference number and the documents are returned by post after a decision has been taken.

Normally, if an employer does not provide you with original payslips (payslips on the company letterhead), they are bound to sign and authenticate any other forms of the payslips. The normal / legal reasons could be HSMP, Loan application, or just plain for your personal record. It is highly unlikel...

You need two pieces of evidence that are consistent with each other. If you can show Original / Signed-and-stamped Payslips for the 12-month period, and if you can corroborate that with Bank Statements displaying the credit of the Net Salary (as mentioned in the payslips), then you should be okay. I...

Hi, For all practical reasons, you have always been employed by your India company and hence your income should always be reflected as been paid out in India. A Business Visa to any country does not entail you to perform salaried work in that country. Most countries, and especially USA and UK, expec...

Hello, You need to provide income for ANY 12 consecutive months over the 15-month period calculated as at the time of your application. If the 12-month period you mentioned falls within the 15 months just prior to your application, go for it. As long as the amounts of the 12 payslips and the IT Stat...

Since you lived there <6 months, the majority of ur stay and earnings were in India.

Take the India salary and pro-rate it to 12 months. That should form the basis for awarding points (based on Band D, I presume, for India).

1. The net amount should reflect as paid into your bank.
2. Based on your salary slips, the CW will add up the Gross Amount for the 12 months, match that to the country of claim, determine the band, etc., and award points.

Please refer to the CW Guidelines for further info on this.

I thought - and its just a random thought based on someone else's post - that the HO needs hard evidence that one intends to make UK one's first home (HSMP). In which case, if you don't plan on bringing along your children, won't that be an issue? Any idea how it works with the HO? Just a passing th...

Tha basic question is:

How long have to lived in Singapore? If >6 months, ideally you need to show the income derived in Singapore, which will be pro-rated to 12 months if it is < 12 months.

Any other way of demonstrating the truth will dilute it.

In which case ignore the NARIC part...

NARIC is an institution that issues comparability certificates for foreign degrees. Compares what a Non-UK degree is worth in the UK and puts that in a certificate format for any interested party.

All the best with ur application.

Cheers.

No... if you are claiming points against a Master's Degree, you don't need to provide the Graduation Degree or its NARIC equivalent. However, you need to provide the Masters Degree (Full, Original) and its NARIC certificate of comparison. You are right... avoid excess documentation and confusion. Al...

Chief, This is a typical catch 22 situation. Remember that pro-rating is done when the applicant has WORKED in more than one country for the 12 month period being claimed. Since your wife was a student, I don't believe the caseworker will pro-rate the earnings. Even if they set aside the above point...

You need two forms of evidence for IT. Since you only have your tax returns until March 2007, arrange for two different sources of information for the remaining months.
