Re: Proof of PAYE reference number and Accounts Office

From the financial requirement guidance document: One of the following documents must also be provided: • a certificate of VAT registration and the VAT return for the last full financial year (a copy or a print-out) confirming the VAT registration number, if turnover is in excess of £79,000 or was i...

Re: Flr-m biometrics

My question is, will we need to go to Croydon again since they should already have them on the system? Due to the current situation, some people are being contacted by UKVCAS (the third-party partner of UKVI for application services) to re-use existing biometrics. For those not considered eligible ...

ILR Dependant new born applied from India

I don't think there's much more you can do with regards to trying to expedite your case that you haven't already done except perhaps trying to put more pressure on your MP to get involved or trying to get in contact with UKVI again. If your biggest concern is your daughter's school place, you could ...

Re: ILR dependent documents and funds

Provided the statements are on official bank stationery, they would appear to meet the provisions of Appendix FM-SE regardless of whether it's a PDF statement provided online or a paper statement sent in the post. The electronic bank statement provisions (i.e. a letter or stamped pages) would appear...

youth mobility scheme is out coz she is 30 going 31
If she meets the nationality requirements mentioned (amongst other requirements) she would have to be under 31 at the date of application - 30 is an eligible age.

Re: Partner Visa whiles divorce is pending

You will not be able to sponsor her for a partner visa if you are still married to someone else. So, you would have to consider other visa options (work, visit, youth mobility scheme, etc.) depending on her eligibility. Keep in mind that you need to inform the Home Office of the breakdown of your pr...

Re: Can't get married until after my visa expires

Any chance you've been living in a relationship akin to marriage for at least the last two years? Another possibility would be getting such a partnership in another country where these are legally done and may not have the same notification requirements as the UK (unfortunately I'm not very familiar...

Definitely agree with seagul's advice, that's pretty much what I did and I had no issues. You could also reply to the email explaining why the form was left blank and perhaps that would be sufficient for them to proceed.

I would suggest that it appears what the Prime Minister has said and what the government has done (based o...

Re: Indefinite Leave to Remain - Set (M) form

An "item" is just a piece of correspondence. So each separate bank statement received would be an item, each separate bill received would be an item. They have to be from at least 3 different sources, which it looks like you have. The dates of the items should be spread roughly evenly over the previ...

Re: Returning to the UK after 20 year Absence (UK Spouse VIsa)

Is the company registered in the UK? Would you be paying tax on your income in the UK? If not, you may not be considered to be employed in the UK, which would be a requirement if you were using employment income to meet the financial requirement.

Also Is there anyway of previewing your docs once uploaded? I can see the PDF name but no option to view the actual document? Recently I got a new biometric card for 2.5 years. Do I need to send my old biometric card to home office? There are options available as described in the guidance document linked below, particularly with regards to any exceptional circumstances that may be applicable to your specific case. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/902835/family-life-...
