Re: Re:Documnet Check List

A lot of times an employee gets promotion in the form of salary increase/new job role which on many occasions doesn't correspond correctly to his contract for which employer letter dated within 28 days is mandatory to attach. And regarding p60 it doesn't shows the correct actual earnings for immigr...

Re: Re:Documnet Check List

p60s and job contract isn't required unless you are intending to use them as cohabitation proof. While not explicitly mentioned in the Immigration Rules or guidance to provide these, it seems the document checklist generated by the online FRM application will request a P60 and employment contract i...

Do they leave a card or something if we miss?
Yes, they should leave a letter that contains instructions for organising re-delivery as well as a tracking number and contact details.

Re: Please help! overstayed almost 3 years, British unmarried partner, clueless as to what to do!

Leaving the UK and applying from China for a spouse/fiancee visa would likely be faster. Wouldn't recommend trying to use the fast-track service as your application will take longer to process due to the history of overstaying. There are several threads here of members who have had success using thi...

Re: UK Spouse Visa Applied from Australia. UK Wife and Australian Husband

Looks pretty thorough. Might want to include a tenancy agreement if you are renting and not just staying there (if you have one). Your future husband's Australian passport will be sufficient to meet the English language requirement, his degree will not be necessary. Doesn't matter how big your weddi...

Re: Wife Visa Granted But Can't Travel within 30days.

Please help me with how I can delay her travel or extend Visa? or other options If your wife is unable to enter the UK within the 30 day travel vignette period, you can apply for a vignette transfer to get a replacement vignette with a new 30 day validity period. This will not change the length of ...

Definitely not bad, especially if it makes you feel more confident in the application. If you have 12 months of statements it wouldn't hurt to include them all.

Total Overtime income from the last 6 months/6×12= ?
Dividing by 6 and then multiplying by 12 is the same as doubling. I find it easier just to double it, fewer chances to make a mistake doing the math.

How do I calculate it?
Add up all the overtime income from the 6 months prior to the date of application and double it. Then add that number to your base annual salary to get the total income you can use for the application.

To add to my other reply. the deductions won't matter as the financial requirement is based on gross salary, which should be shown on your pay slip.

Re: FLR-M

Am i to apply salaried or non-salaried and how do I calculate the salary from the last 6 months earnings? Thank you in advance. Salaried. Re: Spouse visa financial requirement last 6 month wages dip due to wedding

Sadly I've checked and because I changed jobs and took two months personal break, when I average it out over the 12 months I still end up short due to that. I guess we'll just wait till the 6 months passes, gives some time to prepare the visa I guess. Can you clarify what you mean by average it out...

Re: Financial Requirement -salary confusion

It says the number and/or pattern of hours to be worked may vary or that the amount paid varies according to the work undertaken, not that the total income must vary. Someone working 20 hours per week on a zero hour contract with a variable shift schedule but no contracted minimum number of hours wo...

Simply accept your mistake and that's is why red color of text was used.
 I'll accept the assumption was incorrect. Hardly a mistake though; income figures can be identical for non-salaried employment and the formula applies regardless.

Which exact situation isn't clear when op is applying for flrm because now he can meet the requirement which is a faster route towards ILR than flrfp.

Re: Financial Requirement -salary confusion

Incorrect as if the wages figures are identical then it can't be none-salaried and that formula to calculate the average annualized wages won't be applicable here. Writing it in red doesn't make it true. First of all, I made an assumption based on available evidence and made this clear. Second, the...

You would have to apply under category F or G in this case if you are relying on his income to meet the requirement.
