You again as usual disagree while agreed and reply yourself.
:? Pretty sure I agreed except for a very specific situation that may or may not have been applicable as the exact situation wasn't entirely clear.

Re: Financial Requirement -salary confusion

Incorrect as if the wages figures are identical then it can't be none-salaried and that formula to calculate the average annualized wages won't be applicable here. Writing it in red doesn't make it true. First of all, I made an assumption based on available evidence and made this clear. Second, the...

Re: Advice needed ...

I suspect a solicitor would just charge you money to do the things you have already done (escalate, email complaints, involve MP, etc.). Just because your husband and step son haven't travelled and don't have criminal records doesn't mean there isn't someone else out there with the same name and/or ...

If he is the director/shareholder of the company, which category we need to apply in, is it A or F.
You would have to apply under category F or G in this case if you are relying on his income to meet the requirement.

Re: Financial Requirement -salary confusion

Am I correct in those conclusions? and how much cash savings would I need to makeup the shortfall? More or less. The fastest and easiest way to meet the requirement would likely be to get new salaried employment with a salary exceeding £18,600/year. As your current odd-jobs appear to be non-salarie...

Re: Financial Requirement -salary confusion

If they take my most recent salaries, I won’t meet the requirement and that’s what I am worried about. Advice please. As you have not been employed for a minimum of 6 months with the same employer in a job meeting the financial requirements, your only option for using employment income would be to ...

Re: FLR-FP switching to FLRM(Documents inside uk)

Honestly, those documents should be fine for meeting either the cohabitation requirement or just proving residence. There's enough there and they're from reasonable sources so you should be fine.

I am submitting all financial requirements documents ( CT600 etc ) from last year ( 2017-18). Is this ok ? As the new accounting year is about 2 months away. Should I wait till after 2018-19 annual returns and CT600 are filed? One alternative is to get projected accounts for the year 2018-19? Thank...

OP has only recently returned to the UK and would likely fail the Habitual residence test for many of the benefits or universal credit.
Right, if only I'd prefaced my question by saying it was unlikely.

Re: Domestic Violence Whilst on Spousal Visa

Ok, in this particular case, an allegation was made to the police and insufficient evidence was found and the case was closed. Can a police report still be considered sufficient evidence? Also, the couple only lived together 3 or 4 months. Is that enough time to apply for ILR on DV? What is conside...

I just did the same thing you are trying to do (Tier 5 YMS to FLR(M)). I included the items of correspondence since I had them available and had no issues getting the visa. Understand they may not be necessary but might help make things easier if the officer assessing the application is just going t...

Lastly some one said to me on forum or i think i was reading thread that. when any apply first time FLRM then you don't need 12/6 documents etc requirement. I would agree, but in that case the OP was in the UK on a PBS visa rather than one dependent on a partner and Appendix FM states that for FLR ...

Re: FLR-FP switching to FLRM(Documents inside uk)

2. Depends. If the FLR(FP) visa was granted on the basis of being your partner, you will have to provide evidence of cohabitation since the last visa was granted (E-LTRP.1.10. in Appendix FM). This requires correspondence sent to you jointly (6 pieces) or individually (12 pieces total - 6 sent to ea...

Re: Quick question: applying for a fiance visa while holding a tourist visa

Thanks. So it's possible to hold a tourist visa while the fiance visa is being processed? Or is this moot due to the passport being required? How long is that for usually? You usually have to submit the passport with the application so would be unable to travel. There is typically a service you can...
