Re: Employer letter and furlough

If this visa application is refused, are we able to make a new application within 14 days (rather than appeal)? Does she continue right to work etc? Or would it be better for her to return to her home country and make a new application from there? I don't believe Section 3C leave would be extended ...

I mean I have to pay the double fee, fiancée + switching to spouse
If you want to get married in the UK and be able to stay together after the marriage without your partner having to subsequently leave the UK and apply for a spouse visa from abroad, yes, costs more for that privilege.

If it's a complaint about their service, you could try the contact details on the web page linked below. Contacting your MP for assistance might also be worthwhile as they likely have more direct contacts available within the Home Office. https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immi...

Re: Meeting the 'Proof of Living Together' Requirement

If there is no way, will my application be refused if there is a gap of a year of no proof of address? I do have letters addressed to my 1 year old son which fall in the gap but they are addressed ' To the parents of'. I don't think anyone can say with much certainty whether such a gap would be acc...

Check the appointment confirmation email you will receive from them. I know mine from last year indicated all supporting documents were to be brought to the appointment, but I'm not sure if they will have changed that instruction. That said, they didn't actually look at any of them or do anything wi...

Re: SPOUSE VISA EXTENSION AT TWO ADDRESSES

Is it worth me Contacting some of the utility companies and adding my name? Such as Sky? Yes. It probably won't help much with this visa application as I doubt they would retroactively add your name to bills, but you will have to do this again for the next application so it would be worth getting s...

1. Would these meet the criteria? 2. How even does the spread of the dates on the letter be. The letters are not even, but not totally skewed towards a certain time of year either. Is this acceptable? 3. Can my spouse use 6 different sources even if i spread them across the 2.5 years of leave? 1. I...

Re: SPOUSE VISA EXTENSION AT TWO ADDRESSES

The intent of the requirement to provide evidence of correspondence is to prove that you lived together at the same address. You would be able to use evidence from more than one address if that is where you were living together at the time; however, you may have an issue if you are providing documen...

His ex wife leave to remain is based on her last British child and all her other children were granted leave in line. If my brother applies on basis of his children I hope it wouldn’t affect her? Just because you haven't heard of it being done successfully doesn't mean the provisions for a grant of leave for such circumstances do not exist for one who can build a credible and compelling case, supported by evidence, that falls within the immigration rules. If I had to guess, and this would only be a guess, it may have to do with a requirement for documents to be returned with a recorded signature on delivery and confirming ID of the recipient, which would not likely be possible with current social distancing guidelines.
