I get single occupant discount on my council tax for the apartment I own. Is it considered a council tax benefit (there is a check box for this on ILR form)? its not considered as a benefit. it will only get considered as a benefit if you have all of the council tax bill paid. good luck You are cor...

Hi All, whats the difference between the forms SET (O) Version 04/2011 and SET (O) Version 05/2011? my solicitor sent my file to the home office on 8th August 2011 using form SET (O) Version 04/2011 for ILR based on 14 years. I checked both forms and can not see any difference Thank you Zebra3

on what basis did you get your actual visa? I dont think the home office will extend on the payment as they may set precedents, and they always say make sure the fees are paid on the day of the application or the application will be sent back. however as mention on the earlier post from the moderator try to ring them to explain the situation ...

I dont think there is a need to attach a covering letter with your application unless you have some documents missing and you need to explain to the UKBA why and when you planing to send them.
