ILR for after 14 years at PEO

Hi All,

a message on behalf of a friend, he is going to be 14 years in the UK in 6 months, can he Apply for an ILR based on the 14 year at a PEO? paying the premium fees? as he looked at an application form and there was no mention in there that he can not.

just as a guidance, I am a different case to you based on FLR M, they send me a letter requesting extra documents and 4 photos on the 4th Nov 2009 and my solicitor sent them back on 18th they stamped my visa on 23rd Nov 2009 and they sent it to my solicitor on the 26th Jan, I my self been in the UK ...

I dont think it will be a problem if you sending your husbands 6 months statments, send as much as you can of Bills, on both names and joint names. goog luck

at waterstones for about 12.99 you can get one I am sure is called WHICH, life in the UK test and it comes with a cd rom, I used that and passed the test

what form to use?

Can anyone please advise what form to use to have a visa stamped on a passport? I have an endorsment on a A4 Paper?
Its a Discertioanry Visa for 3 years.

I had a look at UKBA site and can't find it

I have been asked for same documents in November after 1 year wait, my solicitor sent then lot and I am still waiting. it was a liverpool team that made the request. they only requested 2 photos unattached.

Approach you employers for whom you have worked in the last 5 years and they can request a copy for you. or I think I am sure you can write to the local tax office.
