I am writing this on behalf of some friends. they arrived may 2003 to the UK on a 6 months Visa, they never went back to Algeria. they have a baby girl who was born july 2004, in may 2008 they would have been 5 years in the UK. is there anything they can do to settle their situation? was a forged one but back in 97 I wasnt checked when i passed thru immigration desk as I came on eurostar from belgium
