on what basis did you get your actual visa? I dont think the home office will extend on the payment as they may set precedents, and they always say make sure the fees are paid on the day of the application or the application will be sent back. however as mention on the earlier post from the moderator try to ring them to explain the situation ...

I dont think there is a need to attach a covering letter with your application unless you have some documents missing and you need to explain to the UKBA why and when you planing to send them.

Hi All,

a message on behalf of a friend, he is going to be 14 years in the UK in 6 months, can he Apply for an ILR based on the 14 year at a PEO? paying the premium fees? as he looked at an application form and there was no mention in there that he can not.

just as a guidance, I am a different case to you based on FLR M, they send me a letter requesting extra documents and 4 photos on the 4th Nov 2009 and my solicitor sent them back on 18th they stamped my visa on 23rd Nov 2009 and they sent it to my solicitor on the 26th Jan, I my self been in the UK ...
