Re: Stamp 4 Support Letter < 21 months

I was sponsored for a CSEP back in my home country and around 6 months elapsed in between getting an entry visa, landing in Ireland, getting an immigration appointment and finally receiving my first Stamp 1 IRP. Because of this, by the time my CSEP expires, a total of 18 and 20 months will have had...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

I received a mail from dept of justice on 24th Feb. The email says the citizenship ceremony is on the 10th of march in RDS Ballsbridge. We have to bring the invitation and current passport/travel doc/IRP card. Along with that, we have to print and bring along the signed declaration of fidelity form...

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

There is an email address in the information they provide in https://custom-eur.cvent.com/6E3A1D579DF14FEA890E2732DDEB6D0E/files/1535d5fcbac641b68a2f3c0ecdc0ba47.pdf that one can use if s/he has any doubts about the validity of the invitations. Re: Citizenship Applications From 2021 Pending Approval

Yes, it is confirmed but i think there is a difference this year. We wont get our naturalisation certification on the day of the ceremony. We have to sign a declaration on the same day and they will post the certificate couple of weeks later. Hi, can you please specify how and where it is confirmed...

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

If it’s a scam, what would they be trying to scam? Money? Or identity? if it’s legit, there wouldn’t be any requests for payments. Looks like identity, but really, hard to say here since no official statement. They get names email and nationality, what for that last option?? Department knows the na...

Re: E vetting and citizenship application

Hi Everyone, Has anyone experienced such delay in their evetting process. Sent an email to citizenshipvetting@justice.ie and they said it's with the NVB for processing so we have no control in the length of time this takes. Also sent an email to verting@garda.ie and they said it's under progress, i...

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

I paid on 8 December, so over 6 month wait. Tough process that will be almost two full years from the date I mailed my app. My wife mailed on same day and she does not even have e-vetting letter yet. I wonder how long it will be for invitations so people can book accomodations? In spite of discussi...

Re: [Naturlization Application] Gap in the calculator due to delay of issing stamps

While filling the residency calculator, it shows that I am not eligible because there were some gaps between the stamps. In the image below, you can see that I got stamp 4 in late November while the previous stamp expired on 10/10/2019. I was in the state during this time working but due to the del...

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

I just saw this on my social media that one of my solicitor friend posted an approval letter from CMU5 for their client’s application back in 2021. The letter is dated 1 Feb 2023. This means a March or April ceremony is likely. It does not mean anything, plenty people have approval already with pay...

Re: Children naturalization application

Hello Just I question, for the adult application, it is explicitly said:"Applicants will be required to reach a score of 150 points in each of the years proof of residency is required" for all eu/non-eu But nothing exactly for minors, however in score table there is a column for minors. So, does it ...

Sorry??? Not questioning the role of FOI/JR. Just saying as a law-abiding and tax paying resident, we should get better. Shambles of a "service". I agree with you 1000% Indeed. At least it gets better for new folks. we even dont know if they might be requested even evetting once again, or will be w...

Also as minister said in debates, every year 12000-13000 applications, based on statistics from 5th Jan 2023 in 2022 it was only 7500 covered, which means every year 5000-6000 people go to its stack of awaiting list The statistics booklet that you're probably referring to (https://www.irishimmigrat...

Re: Upcoming Ceremony in 2023

I wonder why it would be too early for just general guidance? Like, "As of today, we are planing 4 ceremonies for 2023. However, the dates have not been finalized." I assume that the location needs to be booked and other items coordinated. Looking at the last one, I see they announced the December ...
