Re: Spouse visa for illegal entrant

Thanks for your reply bathanza, I have been reading your posts and your case. Yes it would obviously be less stressful if the application could be done in the UK but what we can see the safest and less risky option would be to return home and apply for spouse visa from there. Obviously very worried...

Re: Spouse visa for illegal entrant

Yes been reading a lot about 320(11)and that’s the only concern as know all other eligibility will be met. From what I can see though 320(11) cannot be used only due to be being illegal entrant, and they would need proof of other aggravating circumstances in addition to this,is this correct? Or can...

Hi

What is maximum file size for PDF you can upload to online application,

Is it 8 MB, ?

anyone tried to upload 8mb file ?
Uploaded files will still be converted down to their specified format and size.
I believe VFS is 6MB, TLS is 10.5MB

Re: Overstayer for 6 years, girlfriend pregnant, what visa options

If is anyone has or had the same case as me will be very helpful if they give me any suggestions thanks again I think you have had the best advise and nobody would be willing to discuss their case on a public board. Remember citizenship is a privilege not a right. It has to be earned by doing the r...

Re: Sponsor supporting letter advice

It's too long. Make it brief. You are explaining what will be evidenced by documents you provide. ECO is only interested on evidence not explaination. Aslo take this out, "and NAME herself is very keen to find employment as soon as possible and start contributing to our income." She is joining you a...

Is she able to use the TLS contact centre in the UAE for her application or will she have to go back to her own country and go via Lebanon which the gov website advises Syrians to do. Does it matter ...

Re: Overstayer for 6 years, girlfriend pregnant, what visa options

If you were to go abroad you CAN be faced with section 302(11) refusal. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-part-9-grounds-for-refusal There is no guarantee for ANY visa application in your circumstances and even with a baby, you would face refusal if you had no other st...

Re: Overstayer for 6 years, girlfriend pregnant, what visa options

If you want an economical, expeditious & a depressant option then go back home and marry her there to apply spouse visa. Also keep an mind that having a British girlfriend & child doesn't automatically confer or guarantee for any right. This is the advice i would take if i was you. Just a few month...

Re: Bank statements missing one day?

I wouldn't worry too much honestly. looks like a common thing, we submitted ours with lots of gaps showing: Nov - 22nov to 12dec Dec - 23dec to 6thjan Jan - 23jan onwards As long as the closing balance and opening balance matches, i think that's fine. We didn't even address the gaps and all was wel...

You’re right. I’ve already paid £65 for a property inspection report and that’ll be done by the end of the week. I’ve asked the director to add on a little detail to the letter, and he’s provided me with this: So I think this, along with tenancy agreement and the property inspection report should b...

If so 23/06/2020 to 23/12/2020
Sorry misread. its a fiancee visa and you just have to make sure they travel any time and you get married before it expires.
