Hang on there Guys, soon will be good news. We kept tracking ours via TLS web, today morning they changed the status to application transferred to VAC, few minutes later, TLS email decision made then ready for collection. Waooh! Re: Immigration health surcharge error

Hi all I have just completed the online application for FLR_M. I made a complete error regarding IHS. When asked for the IHS reference number, I inadvertently entered our previous NUMBER from our first spouse visa. This is incorrect, as I was suppose to pay a new fee for IHS Unfortunately I have pa...

Re: Anyone had a decision yet applying from TLS Nairobi?

Thank you! Such a relief. Now just waiting for the international flights to open up again. Hopefully 1st August now! I Know how it feels. Definitely August air travel is back without need to Quarantine for arrivals. Seems they are all set. Just out of curiosity, is it TLS that sends Decision Made e...

Re: FLR(M) Questions on Tiny Details

Thanks for replying again. May I ask is the '110 sq. ft. or more = 2 people' rule a requirement for 1) the whole studio flat or 2) the biggest 'room' (joint living room-bedroom in a studio flat)? We've already enquired 12 studio flats nearby. Now we just need to confirm this rule... Thank you. for 2

Hmm.

it's a bit strange that when you pay for the visa and ihs it's in usd instead of gbp. Is this because of outside UK applications.
It's always in USD from applications outside UK. Nothing to worry about.

Re: Documents on TLS for Spouse visa uk

I have already submitted my documents so I cant upload the document checklist now? I'm confused? I didn't read anywhere that I needed to upload the document checklist? I've already ticked all the mandatory documents when I did the application on gov UK. Is the first page just the page from When you...

Re: Documents on TLS for Spouse visa uk

I've asked them thst it's not been emailed but they just say your appointment is confirmed. Should i just print the email reply and take that to the appointment? 2)is there anything else...

Re: Anyone had a decision yet applying from TLS Nairobi?

It’s the app on the idiot-phone but believe it’s on android as well. Wishing you the best of luck! Keep us posted! I had the app on android and doesn't work. You would think such an operation with such serious mandate would have at least a website that works. You have to login via gov.uk web to acc...

Re: Anyone had a decision yet applying from TLS Nairobi?

I unfortunately don’t have access to the UKVI tracking system any longer because it disappears after the 60 working day’s passes. I downloaded the TLS tracking system and it now says passport ready for collection. When did you apply/submit biometrics? Thanks for your response is it the TLS App for ...

Re: Anyone had a decision yet applying from TLS Nairobi?

Hi HI1406,
Just out of curosity and tracking purposes, does your tracking show "Application Transfered to VAC" on TLS website?
Ours is still stuck on "Application received by DMC", making us a bit worried.

They are only open Monday and Wednesday at the moment though for passport collection. Promising that they’re still working at this hour thou...

Re: Anyone had a decision yet applying from TLS Nairobi?

Hopefully it will be good news. They said they can’t share the decision via email or call, so we’re just waiting for the VAC to be in contact. Definitely, i know it will be, Nairobi has a very high visa success rate. Hopefully VAC will send a text to you by the end of the week. Let's wait for the l...

Just an update. I emailed UKVI via the paid £5.48 service and they have advised a decision has been made on the application. So god willing it’ll be good news soon from the VAC.
Oh thats good, it must be good news i know. Did they advise when a decision was made?
Hope it won't be long now.

Re: Anyone had a decision yet applying from TLS Nairobi?

Hi, We applied for a spouse visa and did biometrics in January. TLS Nairobi have just opened today so wondering if anyone who applied from there has heard anything yet? Hi,
TLS upload limit is 10Mb per document. Cut it to batches. There is no limit to number of documents you can upload.

Re: Sponsorting my spouse

Can anyone give me advice on if I can sponsor my non EU/Non-British husband if I am a full time student. How can I land on £18600 if I am full time studying. Seems like my family can't be united unless I ditch my studies and look for work that pay me £18600. Can anyone provide information on such a...

Re: TB test expired due to covid delays

Thank you for your advice. The reason I asked this was because a friend was asked to show proof of the TB test when entering the UK. I didn’t make that clear, sorry. Are you aware if that is a requirement? It's not a requirement when entering UK, just carry the expired certificate with you and show...

Re: Documents on TLS for Spouse visa uk

2) Or would it be best to wait until visa centre is open to submit online and attend appointment straight away? My concern about 2 is that we got married in Feb. And if this goes on for ages they may ask why I waited so long? You are stressing yourself too much? As much as i know HM don't care how ...
