Re: Spouse visa appeal

It just depends on the Judge’s verdict now. If the paperwork isn’t too complicated then the Judge may make a decision based on the paperwork provided. If the Judge feels it’s complicated and requires a hearing, then it’ll be listed for a future hearing.

Re: Spouse visa appeal

Hey I’ve just been told that the Tribunal was asking for our side of the bundle and will now give a chance for the HO to give there bundle. If they don’t give there side of the bundle, they’ll make a decision using our bundle. If they do give there bundle, the judge will look at both bundles. If it’...

Re: Appeal

This is exactly what happened in my case. ECO quoted a figure which doesn’t even exist and I earn near enough £20k per annum. I appealed in October and received notice of appeal in November. Not heard anything since. Please do let me know how you get on.

Re: Spouse visa appeal

They refused me because i was missing a payslip-which i did send. What about you? This is so stressing! [/quote] Mine was based on my earnings too. I proved my earnings which are £20k for the year but they based it on 17 months after looking at my HMRC records which makes no sense at all. A stupid m...

Re: Spouse visa refusal

Hi yes I have, everything in regards to my tax and NI contributions are all up to date and correct. The decision has purely been based on April 2018-October 2019 which makes no sense at all. Usually such confusions also arise due to attaching P60 or unnecessary payslips or an employer letter withou...

As evidence of this you have provided an employment letter which states your sponsor has been employed with this company since October 2018 and is earning £18,012. Whilst this...

Re: Spouse visa refusal

Due to my bonus I would always get paid different per wage, I get paid 2 weekly so I submitted 26 weeks worth of wage slips which added up to £10,000 for the 6 months. This would equal to £20,000 for the year which is clearly exceeding the amount they require. My colleagues have used the same method...

Hi Thankyou so much for the reply. Yes my employer has kept everything updated with HMRC - I work with many colleagues who have had successful visas in the past so I’m hoping for an overturn during the appeal review. Fingers crossed
