Yeah I’m happy they’re looking into my case. I had a court date on April 17th which was adjourned due to covid-19. We provided evidence before. Through HMRC they got a false figure of my earnings & they sent an email to send them evidence which shows I earn £18600 +. Insha’Allah all goes well.... O...

Its so frustrating 😡After my court date being canceled due to coronovirus my solictor was told that everything needs to be handed in by 7th june, and i have rang home office but yet they have not set another court date. Appeal has taken forever!😞😞

Hi i did recieve a court date for june 2nd but unfortunately that has been changed now duw to coronovirus, i am waiting for a court date yet! 🙄just when I thought i could see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I got the letter today, my court hearing date is june 2nd however they have 28 days to provide the documents and they can turn their decision during this time? Is this correct? This is what my solicitor said

They refused me because i was missing a payslip-which i did send. What about you? This is so stressing! Mine was based on my earnings too. @N_a u would need to wait for 4-6 weeks before u get an appeal ref. And pls don't just leave everything to a solicitor get involve know and understand what he/she puts in the appeal form...they can be misleading at times there has been several cases of such.
