Re: Spouse visa appeal

They refused me because i was missing a payslip-which i did send. What about you? This is so stressing! Mine was based on my earnings too. I proved my earnings which are £20k for the year but they based it on 17 months after looking at my HMRC records which makes no sense at all. A stupid mistake m...

Re: Spouse visa refusal biggest blunder by ECO

However since my wife will be receiving 2000£ per month from metropolitan now. I think it will be best option to wait for couple of months and then reapply with last 12 months payslips including two months salary from metropolitan which will suffice the minimum threshold. Hi,same thing has happened...

Re: Spouse visa appeal

Allhamdullilah, today they have taken the appeal payment of £140. I submitted the appeal on 18.10.19, and todays date is 28.10.19. Is this quick? Really hope they look at my case quickly too!

Re: Spouse visa appeal

Who can i email the missing documents so that they could review my case? If the ECO missed something you did in fact submit, you could also try emailing complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk regarding your situation. Additional details on complaints here: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas...

Re: Spouse visa appeal

[quote=BN_NB post_id=1841203 time=1572088051 user_id=227096] Hi, I recently found out a few days ago that my husbands visa got refused. The reason of refusal was that they claim i did not submit any of the financial evidence therefore not meeting the requirements. However, that is a lie as i have pr...

Re: Extra wage slip put in by solicitor

Safest way when combining more than one job to meet the financial requirement is to attach 12 months of payslips & bank statements. See latest refusal: https://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/spouse-visa-appeal-t290923.html Nowhere in those posts does it say they were refus...

Re: Time for passport return after spouse visa overturned decision

Re: Spouse visa appeal

N_a, I do hope you used a lawyer to do your appeal, as they would be able to best advise what you need to provide to overcome the objection. If not, I hope you provided exactly what was missing. I do not know where Seagul gets half his information from, it baffles me. How long the appeal process ta...

Re: Spouse visa appeal

Well, if it is anything like my timeline, which I have no reason to believe it won't be, then I'd say you will have an answer by mid Dec, or 6 to 8 weeks from lodging appeal. And then about 2 weeks to get vignette in passport. You might just be able to get here for NY, if you are lucky. My lawyer s...

Re: Spouse visa appeal

N_a, our fee was £80 for a paper appeal. I would have your lawyer take this route, as from what I can see, your case is simply a missing document (which if you used VFS, does not surprise me since they lost loads of stuff I sent) and the ECO not taking into consideration your income / savings corre...

I am sorry to hear that your application got refused. Can I please ask when you/your partner did biometrics and how you submitted your supporting documents? I made the application on 1/10 (priority), biometrics on 10th and scanned docs at london hub on 14 and just curious as to when the 6 week (30 ...
