Bad 'R*st' arguments come out of what was originally a harmless question on part of HSMP3000. Basically we shall not use this forum or for that matter, any other shared forum for our personal generalized views on nationality. We shall only dicuss nationality in terms of approval and Visa and all. I'...

Biometric is already there

Biometric (finger scan, digital photo etc) is already here in Switzerland and it applies for all the visa, not only for HSMP.
I don't think that this signifies any change of policy for HSMP.
Does anybody know if there is any other change in policy for HSMP EC?

Great

Thanks to you, guys for clarifying.
I'll then do just that. ie will apply from Switzerland as on the surface it looks very easy compared to Indian VAF centers.

Also I've interacted Swiss VAC ( equvalent of VAF in India) offices before for a visit visa. They are very freindly and helpful.

Ur surpassing

Yes Gordon,
Ur right.
vinaawas, Your 15 month will be..Aug 06' - Oct 07. But this will work to your benifit. In this way in your last 12 months you are having both countries as 6 month each. Now use the one which gives you more points.
This is as per HSMP guideline.

Age at the time of EC

I'm applying for my HSMP application before my age reaches 30 on 04.01.2008, and I understand that my application should reach there before that date to give me 10 points on age (28 or 29). Now do I also have to apply for EC before my age reaches 30, or it doesn't matter? Please answer...I don't hav...
