If the departent asked for additional documents like utility bills can they accept normal post delivery or should it be by registered one.

Hey guys,... some good news here too. Got the approval letter finally after circa 3 years. Applied in April 2017, got second stage letter in Feb 2018 and approval letter now. Hi Hary, I dont think you need to apply for citizenship by naturalisation..If your great grandparents born in Ireland they are Irish and you are entitled to Irish citizenship by descent..but you need to register your birth at the FBR.Please correct me if I am wrong That's incorrect. It is unlikely to announce a date this year and they are busy till 9th Dec 19 whenever there is a ceremony ahead no body will say they are not working, and after 9th I dont feel they will announce one as well because when they set a date they will suffer from continuous contact from applicants causi...

I feel the court of appeal will agree with the high court in interpretation of the law the word continuous..otherwise if they interpret it as stamps on the passport without physical presence this means applicants can leave for longer durations ay be upto 6 months..to be resident as far as as know is...

I dont want to play the part of the judge, but what do we expect? What is the law and what do you think is the meaning of continuous and residency? As this will affect us all we need to know what we are expecting, and act accordingly.
