1. If you lost it in Ireland, you will need to apply to GNIB for a new one; if you lost it in a foreign country, you will need to obtain a visa from the embassy before you are allowed to travel to Ireland. Airlines will not allow you to board the plane if you do not have either a visa or an IRP car...
I was just wondering if someone's GNIB card is lost of stolen, can they travel without it and with the report from Garda?
Also can they get their citizenship approval by submitting the Garda report instead of the GNIB card along with the draft and pics etc?
Any further updates guys, as to when this nightmare is finally going to be over? Do you remember the info was posted on Thu May 21, 2020 1:28 pm about why Ireland not do online citizenship ceremonies like Canada and the people not believe you. so, Now become truth Canada to soon hold online citizen...
Kindly verify your information before you start spreading lies please. INIS have been fair and effective the best way they can with the citizenships. Even in the face of the virus earlier on March, ceremony was done when it could be physically be done. Please, Let’s not allow being bored be the fac...
I find it funny how people can tolerate this type of treatment from INIS and still say that all that INIS is doing is fair. Having a backlog going back as far as 2016/2017 is fair? Wow! This is ridiculous. You guys seriously have your wit withdrawn from you. All those who get their approvals start l...

The whole country, it s people and all departments need to be 'adaptable' because of this whole situation. It s not an excuse that this is the way they have always done things. Who would have thought about working from homes for so many days? But we are having to do this. The department needs to und...

Imagine a topic like " Citizenship applicants cannot leave Ireland for a year" made a huge noise. Now if we ...
If it is recognized that all applicants would want to have decision on their application without delay, why on earth do they delay? Just to annoy people?

Your application continues to be processed.. blah blah blah
These are all copied and pasted replies.
Ridiculous!
I don't mean to piss you, but actually leaving no public trace could be a negative factor. :| A work history and paying taxes is always considered to be helpful. Applied in mid 2017 and still waiting.... a house wife and never worked in Pakistan nor in Ireland.. no driving history ... what checks t...
