Re: I have been advised by an immigration solicitor different from what I have read in this forum!

Hi, Sorry I have faced a confusing situation and I do not know what to do. I entered UK, on the first day of the entry clearance, which was29/11/2015, so I was planning to apply 28 days earlier (01/11/2020) for ILR as I have read this a lot on this forum. However, I discussed this with an immigrati...

Need a final answer for effect of PCNs on ILR application

Hi Everyone, I know this topic has been discussed a lot, and I have done my homework. But after reading all the comments, I have ended up to two different conclusions: I am about to apply for ILR. My driving licence record is clean, but I have two PCNs (issued by local council and paid, and no penal...

Should I expect any email after Biometrices taken at UKVCAS?

Hi Everyone,

I finally managed to book an appointment with UKVCAS, attended yesterday and my biometrics was taken.

But I have not received any email stating that my application is completed and done,

Should I expect any conformation email?

Best wishes,

Re: Tier 2 extension - new BRP and dependant questions

Hi,

I am not sure about the first question, however, I do know your BRPs would arrive in different postage parcels.

When did you apply? when did you attend Biometrics, and how long it took for you to recieve decision.

I am in similar position. :(

UKVCAS shows ``loading'' without doing anthing!

Hi Everyone,

I received an email from UKVCAS to book appointment for the application made in JUNE 2020. However, when I click on the link that they sent, I log in, and then it says ``loading'' without doing anything even I wait for so long.

Does anyone experience the same issue?

Re: Should I mention previous visa withdrawals in UK visa application?

My Concern is that, my visa application for HK (Hong Kong) took so long (more than usual), so at the end I decided to not go then, and I withdrawn my application. My concern is that it was a refusal in essence as it took so long. And I must mention it, even though I did not receive any Refusal Letter.

Should I mention previous visa withdrawals in UK visa application?

Hi Everyone, I am about to extend my VISA Tier 2. In the past, one time, I have withdrawn my application (visa application for HK), and they just returned my application. So my question is while filling the Tier 2 VISA form, should I mention this as a visa refusal? Or just simply consider withdrawal...
