Try to send a cover letter promptly explaining that you forgot to mention CCJ, otherwise it is high likely the caseworker could look at that as a deliberate attempt to hiding an answer that should off been revealed. In that case unfortunately it could be accounted as a deception.

Try to write down a cover letter mentioning this penalty as it appears to me as a FPN, if that was the case you should have mentioned in first place, however a cover letter could still pay off and make your application not treat as a deception. Good luck.

After six months of waiting recieved a letter from Home Office that decision hasn't been made yet due some biometric issues so I need to get it done again, in the letter mentioned that I might wait another 3 month or even more. It is very painful 😣 to keep waiting for something with unknown outcome...

You should not apply until you qualify to apply and that is no sooner than within 30 days before your leave to remain expires. I m a bit worried now....I applied 5 days earlier....I read somewhere it's ok as long as it's within 1-3 months before the leave expires....except they ll mark it to be pro...

No Ahmed, I am still waiting for a decision from HO. I applied on 6th of August 2019 alongside two dependents and partner and got our fingerprints taken on 3rd of September. However no updates.
