Hello, I applied on Jun 11th and got the same message today even though, using the same account I used for my previous biometrics, I keep accessing the account with the new application number and already uploaded my documents for the new application. No idea what’s going on! Might send them an email.
I don’t know.. but I have the same issue now.. when I enter my passport number I can see my status but with BRC number I can’t.. maybe they have already replaced my BRC but they just need to send it... I hope!!
By the way.. EU Settlement help centre told me I can travel with my old BRC if I’m holding both old and new passports. Worth sending them an email to make sure.
