Application couriered: 23rd Nov Recieved: 26th Nov Payment deducted: 27th Nov Case APPROVED: 28th Nov :o Documents Dispatched: 28th Nov Havent recieved them yet. And most probably I will not reply for EC for 3-4 months. Thanks for the valuable input on this forum, I got my approval in second attempt.

What are the reprucussions (sp?) if I apply, say in June and my letter expires during EC processing? and even If i get the EC before 6 months period, I give entry to uk (for a week) and come back to finish up my contract, what are the possible scenarios for my hsmp future?

My timelines are as follows:

Application couriered: 1st Nov
Application Recieved 2nd Nov
Case refused and dispatched: 9th Nov
Documents recieved: 17th Nov

I just sent review letter yesterday trying to explain the earnings section and from there I'll see If I need to re-apply or not.
