my passport doesn't have any seal's or anything mentioned that my visa is rejected. my case is kind of unique. It refused in 1 stage but I can still appeal and get my visa. I have submitted my application at Pune office on 8th October 2010, still my status is showing as under process at BHC.. Guys anybody applied in October and got the visa?
